摘要
锰矿经微波消解溶样处理,等离子体发射光谱法测定硅铝铁磷含量,方法基体效应小,各待测元素之间没有明显干扰。使用该法分析有证标准物质和实际样品中的S iO2、A l2O3、Fe和P,分析结果与标准值或其他常规方法测定值一致,误差均在允许范围内。方法的回收率为89%-112%,精密度(RSD,n=12)为0.55%-3.25%。与现行的单元素分析方法相比,分析周期短,适用于锰矿的日常检验。
A method for the determination of silicon, aluminum, iron and phosphorus in manganese ores by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with microwave sample digestion has been developed. Matrix effect was eliminated using matrix-matching method and no interference between the detected elements was founded. The method has been applied to the determination of SiO2 , Al2O3 , Fe and P in Standard Reference Materials and real samples. The results are in good agreement with certified values and those from other methods. The recoveries of the method for these elements are 89% - 112% with precision of 0.55% - 3.25% RSD ( n = 12). Compared with the commonly used single-element analytical techniques, the proposed method has the advantages of more reliable and more efficient and is suitable to the routine inspection of manganese ores.
