历史文化名城的脆弱性及相关对策研究

Study on the Fragilities of Historic Cultural City and Its Countermeasures

从历史文化名城的保护现状入手,指出历史文化名城不仅有着一般城市的脆弱性,还有其自身独特的脆弱性,一方面表现为“易损性”,另一方面表现为“不适应性”。针对历史文化名城在政治因素和经济发展、灾害和传承文化等方面的脆弱性,提出了初步的对策。

Based on the current protection situation of historic cultural cities, the fragilities of historic cultural were pointed out. The historic cultural cities not only have the general fragilities of cities but also have the special fragilities of their own which are vulnerability and inadaptability. Some countermeasures are put forward aimed at the political factor, economic factor, disaster factor and culture inheritance of historic cultural cities.
