摘要
设计了一种智能控制器测试仪。该测试仪以AT89C52为核心、ZLG7289键盘与显示接口为人机界面,并编制了相应的软件,完成对智能控制器的测试。测试结果表明,该测试仪可提高测试速度和效率,使用方便、功能较全。
An intelligent controller test equipment was designed. With using AT89C52 as core chip, using ZLG7289 keyboard and show chip as human-computer interface, programming corresponding software, test on intelligent controller by the test equipment was completed. The test result shows that the test equipment can improve test speed and efficiency, with convenient use and full function.
