摘要
针对企业信息网络与工业现场总线的接口问题,给出了一种基于W77E58的以太网和CAN总线数据转换器的设计方法。以太网部分采用RTL8019AS接口芯片,支持PNP自动探测功能。CAN总线部分采用SJA1000和82C250的组合,在Peli-CAN模式,能够处理所有CAN2.0B规范的各种帧类型。实践证明,该转换器能够实时、有效地完成数据的转换。
Aiming at the interface problem between the enterprise information network and industrial fieldbus, a design method of EtherNet-CAN data convertor based on W77E58 was given, RTLS019AS was used as EtherNet interface to hold out PNP automatic detection function. A combination of SJA100 and 82C250 was used as CAN bus interface to manage various frame types for all CAN 2.0B criterions under PeliCAN mode. The practice shows that the convertor can convert the data in effect and real-time.
