摘要 结合我国中低压电网运行需要,设计了一种采用无功功率方向选线方法的小电流接地选线装置,包括硬件的整体结构和算法上选择。提出了提高选线准确性的可行措施,有效克服了基于稳态分量选线方法的固有缺陷。最后,提出采用GSM短信技术实现远程报警和数据传输,并进行了软件实现,证明了该项技术在电力系统中应用的可行性。 Combined to the demand of meddle and low power distribution in China, A device for detecting phase - to - ground fault in the system with non - effectively earthed neutral was developed, using the method of the reactive power' s direction. The device includes the gross structure in hard and selection of algorithm. With advanced research ,feasible program to improve the accuracy of detecting was put forward. And it overcame the inherent defect based on the stationary state. At last, it puts forward using the short message service to realize the remote alarm and data communication. Then it is come ture in software. And it is proved feasible to using in the electric power system.
