摘要 为克服无弧混合型电磁开关中的电力电子器件固有的成本较高,热、电应力都较小的缺陷,提出了一种满足与电磁开关完全电气隔离的,能真实地获得电磁开关暂态变化信息的新型检测技术。通过采样电磁开关通断暂态时其励磁线圈感应磁通的相应变化,用低成本的电子信号处理方式,快速检测出电磁开关通断暂态过程中的转变点。从而为提高混合型电磁开关的性能价格比提供一种可行的技术方法。 To overcome the inherent defect of higher cost, both smaller thermal and electrical stress of a power electronic device in a nonarcing hybrid electromagnetic switch, a novel detection technology was presented, which is isolated with electromagnetic switch completely and can obtain all information about transient process of the electromagnetic switch really. By sensing variation of the induced magnetic flux of an excitation coil, which is associated with closing or opening operation of the electromagnetic switch, points of the transposition state in the transient process are detected quickly with lower cost. So that it can provide a feasible technology to improve the ratio of performance to cost for the hybrid electromagnetic switch.
