摘要
以硅溶胶为分散剂和粘合剂,在陶瓷纤维纸上浸渍反应生成了高性能的硅胶与分子筛复合物。讨论了硅溶胶浓度、分子筛含量等对复合物吸附性能的影响。光学显微照片显示:分子筛能较好地分散在硅溶胶中。扫描电镜照片显示:分子筛颗粒较均匀地分散在陶瓷纤维纸的表面及空隙中。静态法吸附性能测试结果显示:低湿度下,硅胶/分子筛复合物的吸附性能优于硅胶的;高湿度下,硅胶/分子筛复合物的吸附性能优于分子筛的。
Using silica sol as dispersant and adhesive, silica gel/molecular sieve composites with high performance were prepared by impregnation reaction on the ceramic fiber sheet. Effects of silica sol concentration and the amount of molecular sieve on the adsorptive performance of the composites are discussed. The optical microscope photographs show that the molecular sieve is well dispersed in the silica sol. The scanning electron microscope photographs show that the particles of the molecular sieve are well scattered on the surface and in the voids of the ceramic fiber sheet. The results of static adsorptive experiments indicate that the adsorptive capacity of the silica gel/molecular sieve composite is better than that of the molecular sieve at high humidity, and better than that of the silica gel at low humidity.
