摘要
用电磁波穿透方法实验研究了长度为2/μm和15μm,直径分别为30、60和100nm的6种碳纳米管8~12GHz电磁波衰减特性。结果表明,直径为30nm时,长度为15μm的碳纳米管的电磁波衰减能力大于长度2μm的;直径分别为60nm和100nm时,长度为2μm的碳纳米管的电磁波衰减能力均大于长度为15pm的。在长度相同的情况下,不同直径碳纳米管的电磁波衰减能力为:60nm〉100nm〉30nm。6种碳纳米管的电磁波衰减能力为:Φ60nm×2pm〉Φ60nm×15μm〉Φ100nmX2μm〉Φ100nmX15μm〉Φ30nm×15μm〉Φ30nm×2μm。实验还发现长径比较小的碳纳米管的电磁波衰减能力明显好于长径比较大的磁纳米管的电磁波衰减能力;但碳纳米管长径比与电磁波衰减能力之间并不存在简单的线性关系。
Based on the electromagnetic-wave penetration method, the electromagnetic-wave attenuation abilities of six kinds of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were studied in experiment at 8-12 GHz, whose diameters were 30 nm, 60 nm and 100 nm, and lengths were 2 μm and 15μm. The results show that with the same diameter of 30 nm, the electromagnetic-wave attenuation ability of CNTs with the length of 15 μm is better than that with the length of 2 μm. With the same diameter of 60 nm, the absorption ability of CNTs with the length of 2 μm is better than that with the length of 15μm. With the same diameter of 100 nm, the electromagnetic-wave attenuation ability of CNTs with the length of 2 μm is better than that with the length of 15 μm. The order of electromagnetic-wave attenuation abilities of CNTs with the same length is that Φ 60 nm〉Φ 100 nm〉Φ 30 nm. At 8-12 GHz, the electromagnetic-wave attenuation order of the 6 kinds of CNTs is Φ 60 nm × 2μm〉 Φ 60 nm × 15μm〉 Φ 100 nm × 2μm〉 Φ 100 nm × 15μm〉Φ 30 nm× 15μm〉Φ 30 nm× 2μm. Based on the experiments, the electromagnetic-wave attenuation ability of CNTs with smaller slenderness ratio is better than that with larger slenderness ratio. However, liner relationship doesn't exist between the absorption ability and slenderness ratio for CNTs.
