摘要
自1999年正式开工到2004年底竣工验收的国家同步辐射实验室二期工程是国家发改委投资兴建的国家大科学工程,其胜利竣工使合肥同步辐射装置的技术水平提高到新的高度,并使该装置的运行质量、供光能力(积分光通量)、可靠性、稳定性、利用效率和实验水平都大幅度提高.为了总结这项国家大科学工程建设经验,我们全面介绍了工程总体情况,包括:工程的背景、目标及主要任务,工程竣工验收概况和工艺部分完成情况小结,以工程大事记形式对建设进程的回顾,工程采用的各种新技术,工程完成后合肥同步辐射装置两年来的运行情况.
National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL) Phase Ⅱ Project, launched by the National Development and Reform Committee in 1999 and dedicated to operation in 2004, is a nation-level largescale scientific project of China. Its completion promoted the Hefei Synchrotron Radiation Facility to a much higher technical level, improving the facility significantly in operation quality, ability in terms of synchrotron light flux integral, reliability, stability, efficiency, higher level experiments and other respects. As an overview of the project, its background, goals and main tasks, a summary of its dedication, highlights of its history, new techniques employed, and two years' operation of the postproject facility were reviewed.
