摘要
研究了YxGd1-xP3O9:Dy0.01(x=1,0.95,0.5,0)的真空紫外激发和发射光谱.直接观测到了Dy3+在真空紫外波段的5d→4f发射,发现随着Gd3+含量的增加,Dy3+的5d→4f发射迅速减弱,这表明Gd3+的存在分流了Dy3+5d HS激发态的能量.基于实验结果,提出了一个量子剪裁模型.
Vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) excitation and emission spectra of YxGd(1-x)P3O9 : Dy0. 01 (x= 1, 0. 95, 0. 5, 0) were studied. The 5d→4f emission of Dy^3+ in VUV band was directly observed and its intensity was found decreasing with the increase of Gd^3+ , which indicates that the Gd^3+ takes away the energy of 5d high spin excitation state of Dy^3+. A quantum cutting model was proposed.
