糖克煎剂对糖尿病大鼠肾功能保护作用的实验研究

Experimental research of protection effect on kidney function in rat model of diabetes mellitus by Tang Ke Decoction

目的观察并探讨糖克煎剂对实验性糖尿病大鼠早期肾脏病变的作用。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、糖尿病（DM）模型组、糖克预防组、糖克治疗组（低、高剂量）、西药组,治疗组予高糖高脂饲料及注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）造成DM及痰浊血瘀中医证候模型。分别在造模成功及成模后4周予中药灌胃。检测大鼠各项指标。结果糖克煎剂可改善大鼠早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的各项指标,预防组疗效优于治疗组。结论糖克煎剂能够预防和治疗大鼠早期DN。

Objective To investigate and explore the effect of Tang Ke Decoction on the early kidney pathological changes. Methods Male Wistar rats were divided into common group, model group, Tang Ke prevention group, Tang Ke treatment group （low and high dose） and western medicine group randomly. Treatment groups were fed high-sugar and high-grease forage and injected streptozotocin to make diabetes mellitus and the blood stasis and phlegm syndromes in TCM model. Tang Ke Decoction was lavaged separately after success modeling and continuance for 4 weeks. Some indicators were detected. Results Tang Ke Decoction can ameliorate early kidney pathological changes of rat. Prevention group had obvious curative effect compared to treatment group. Conclusions Tang Ke Decoction can prevent and cure early diabetic mellitus nephropathy of rat.
