儿童喘息性疾病与衣原体检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨儿童喘息性疾病与衣原体感染的关系。方法联合采用酶联免疫吸附法、直接免疫荧光法检测患儿衣原体IgM抗体及抗原。结果142例患儿中,血清学检测27例阳性检出率为19.0%,12例抗原检测阳性性毛细支气管炎患儿中10例、8例阳性喘息性支气管炎患儿、11例阳性哮喘患儿中9例,均有感染的血清学证据,各病种间抗原检出率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两种检测方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。部分患儿喘息迁延不愈,衣原体抗原检测多次阳性,经阿奇霉素治疗后症状均有缓解。结论儿童喘息性疾病衣原体感染占21.8%,以〈6月婴儿居多,采用衣原体抗原检测能早期诊断,及时选用大环内酯类药物进行治疗,疗效好,可减少发生。
