Analysis on Cause and Prevention Measures of Drillingpipe Rupture of Coal Roadway Drilling Machine

分析了煤矿用坑道钻机钻杆的加工质量问题和现场使用时产生断裂的原因。从理论上分析了钻杆断裂规律及影响最大应力的因素;分析了材质、加工工艺及钻进工艺等因素对钻杆断裂的影响,提出了稳定钻杆质量、减少钻杆断裂事故的措施。

Poor machining quality of drillpipe of coal roadway drilling machine and the cause of rupture on case are analysed.Theoretical study and analysis was made on the regularity of drillingpipe rupture and the cause of resulted from the most stress.Analysis were made on the the cause of resulted from drillingpipe rupture.The cause was made of raw material quality,machinning quality and drilling etc..At last,put forward prevention measures of drillingpipe quality and rupture.
