摘要
介绍了直流斩波原理,IPM特点和具体的选型方法,并在此基础上设计出一套用于矿用蓄电池机车的调速系统和IPM的外部驱动电路。试验表明:系统不仅能使机车启动平稳,调速平滑而且在制动时能实现回馈制动,充分利用了有限的能源。
The principle of DC chopping was present,and the characteristics of IPM and the method of how to select the type of IPM were given .On the basis of them,a speed-regulating system of battery locomotive applied in colliery and outer drive circuits of IPM was designed.As a result,smooth start-up,flowing speed-regulating and regenerative braking were got.Then the limited energies was took full advantage of.
