医疗机构临床实验室标准化管理探讨

随着“以患者为中心,以提高医疗服务质量为主题”的医院管理年活动在全国的深入展开,为医疗机构临床实验室的进一步发展提供了契机。根据CLIA88和ISO/FDIS15189文件及卫生部《医疗机构临床实验室管理办法》的要求,结合我国临床工作实际,认为可从全面质量体系、咨询服务、实验室安全、教育培训、效益、科研创新、竞争机制、制度化等方面来对医学实验室进一步予以科学化、规范化、标准化管理。

While＂take the patient as the center, enhance the medical quality ＂the hospital quality control year activity thoroughly to launch in the nation has provided the turning point for the Medical laboratory further development. According to the request of the document CLIA 88 and ISO/FDIS 15189 and Health department ＂medical institutiongs clinical laboratory policing method＂ , considering our country clinical work reality, it is thought that we can make the medical laboratory management scientific, formly, standard through the factors of educational training, benefit, scientific research innovation, competitive system, institution, etc.
