脊柱结核的MRI诊断

MRI Diagnosis of Spinal Tuberculosis

目的:了解脊柱结核的MRI表现与诊断。方法:分析了34例经手术病理证实的脊柱结核患者的MRI表现。结果:病变椎体T1WI上以不均匀低信号为主,间有少许高信号改变;T2WI呈混杂高信号改变,椎间盘T1WI上呈相对均匀低信号,T2WI不均匀高信号。冷脓肿T1WI呈相对均匀低信号,强化后略低信号,T2WI呈高信号。结论:作为脊柱结核常见的破坏形式,椎体、椎间盘以及冷脓肿在MRI具有特殊改变,在脊柱结核的诊断以及鉴别诊断中具有价值。

Objective To realize The magnetic rexonance imaging（MRI） features of spinal tuberculosis （TB）. Methods 34 patholgic histological proved spinal TB cases MRI data were analysed. Results The vertebral body lesions mainly were asymmetry hypointese on T1-weighted images, concomitant with little hyperintense;and showed mixed hyperintense on T2-weighted images. Intervertebral disc lesions showed equality hypointense on T1-weighted images, and asymmetry hyperintense on T2- weighted images. Cold abscess showed equality hypointense on T1-weighted images and enhanced scancing, and hyperintense on T2-weighted images. Conclusion Vertebral body, intervertebral disc and cold abscess had special changes in MRI, and had important value in diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis on spinal TB.
