CAG方案治疗老年急性髓细胞白血病疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 随着人均寿命延长，老年性急性白血病有上升的趋势，其中以急性髓细胞白血病（AML）为多见。老年AML（60岁以上）具有不同的特点和转归，与60岁以下的AML相比，全身耐受性差，并发症多。老年AML患者因继发性AML多见，如继发于骨髓增生异常综合症（MDS）病史或其他血液病史，故治疗效果不理想。2002年以来本院采用小剂量阿糖胞苷（Ara—C）、阿克拉霉素（Acla）联合粒细胞集落刺激因子（G—CSF）组成的CAG方案治疗12例老年性AML，取得了较好的疗效，现报道如下。
