摘要
直接数字频率合成技术在任意波形发生器有广泛的应用,设计中对存储容量要求较大。本文利用凌阳公司的4Mbits的FLASH芯片SPR4096,采用BMI方式设计了任意波形发生器的存储器扩展电路。文中详细介绍了SPR4096芯片的特点及工作特性,重点阐述了BMI方式硬件电路设计方法,最后通过软件设置实现了单片机SPCE061A对SPR4096的读写控制,说明该扩展方案是切实可行的。
Direct digital frequency synthesis is widely used for arbitrary waveform generator, which needs a large memory for designing.SPR4096 is a 4 Mbits FLASH which is produced by SUNPLUS. This paper presents the main operating features of SPR4096 in detail. Hardware circuit of SPR4096 BMI is introduced by this paper exactly. Through the software configuration, this paper realizes the read/write control of SPR4096 by SPCE06 IA, which illustrates this scheme is feasible.
