摘要 近年来的脑缺血研究进展得益于各种动物模型的广泛应用。已成功地在许多动物,如猴、狗、大鼠、小鼠、猫、兔、猪等复制出脑缺血模型,各种动物模型都有其长处和不足。选择最适当的动物模型有助于更好地进行脑缺血的实验研究。文章综述了常用脑缺血动物模型的制作进展以及各自的优缺点。 In recent years, the progresses of cerebral ischemia benefit from the widespread application of various animal models. Cerebral ischemia models have been successfully replicated in many species such as monkeys, dogs, rats, mice, cats, rabbits, and pigs. Each animal model has its advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the most appropriate animal model helps carry out experimental studies preferably in cerebral ischemia, This article reviews the progresses in making the common animal models of cerebral ischemia, as well as their strong points and short-comings.
