摘要
公安边防部队基层主官量化百分制评估方法受其主观打分和要素孤立的限制,尚不足以产生全面客观结果,采用层次分析法则可以在此基础上弥补前者分析的不足。通过对基层主官评估的实例推导,演绎该方法的具体步骤,比较分析定量化结果,以验证层次分析法结果的客观性及可信度。
This paper shows the generality of analysis is complementary with the 100 point system of grading on assessing junior officers' achievements. The latter is comprehensive and accurate enough due to imposed restrictions on subjective evaluation and isolated factors. Therefore, it is impossible to improve traditional method by using AHP. Through case analysis, detailed deduction and analyzing quantified results, this paper verifies objectivity and credibility of AHP.
