从2007年3月28日起．中国移动通信集团西藏有限公司正式在全区范围内实施移动通信单向收费，旗下三大品牌全球通、神州行、动感地带本地接听全部免费．不限时、不限量。西藏移动成为全国率先实现“无任何附加条件的单向收费”的中国移动下属分公司，这一举动使“手机单向收费”进入了新阶段。
