淬火过程的计算机模拟是优化工艺及设备的有效方法之一,特别是对于热处理性能要求严格的涡轮盘,此种方法的优越性十分明显。关键是材料的数据要准确,得出的模型要经过验证有效。
Computer simulation of quenching can help in optimizing the processes and equipment. This is true in particular for the turbine disks for which the critical heat treating properties are required. The properties date of materials must be accurate and models validated. In this article modeling of the quenching process of turbine disks is outlined.
