摘要
论述了保障性与可靠性、维修性的关系,给出了防空导弹武器系统保障性的定义和目标,阐述了保障性的论证、设计、研制与评估的要点。提出保障性是设计出来的,是能保障与可保障两个方面的结合,必须将其纳入型号论证、设计全过程,必须与其他性能协调权衡;保障性设计是参数及其量值的设计,将保障性要求与目标转换成保障设计特性参数后才能进行具体工程的软硬件设计。
This paper describes the relationship between guarantee and reliability and maintenance, prises the definition and aim about guarantee of air defense missile weapon system, and discusses the key points for demonstration, design development and evaluation of guarantee. The guarantee, a combination of guarantee ability with guarantee need, must be brought into the full process of type demonstration and design, and coordinated and weigned with other performance. The guarantee design is one for papameters and value. The practical software and hardware in enginearing may be designed only after the needs and aims of guarantee be transfered to specific property and parameters of guarantee design.
