摘要
利用某铅冶炼厂产生的烟灰,以硫酸为浸取剂,采用适当的添加剂使Zn浸出率达到99%,经除杂净化、碳酸氢铵沉淀制取了纯度大于98%的氧化锌,同时浸渣含Pb达到40%以上,可作为炼铅原料。考察了硫酸浓度、添加剂种类及加入量、温度等对浸出率的影响。
The zinc ash of lead refinery is used as raw material and vitriol as leaching agent, the zinc leaching rate is 99%, then the zinc oxide with 〉98% purity is made by ammonium bicarbonate precipitation process. The following factors on the zinc leaching rate are discussed n detail: sulfuric acid concentration, additive and temperature, etc.
