摘要 采用NH3-NH4Cl-H2O体系浸出锌焙砂,经过锌粉两段净化,再电积出低铁金属锌。浸出时Fe、Ge、Si、As、Sb、Pb均进入浸出渣,而Zn、Cu、Cd等进入浸出液中。锌的平均浸出率90.8%,总回收率89.5%。得到的电锌产品中杂质元素Cu、Cd、Sb、As、Ni、Co、Pb和Fe含量≤0.0002%。 A process of preparing low iron zinc has been studied. The process includes: leaching zinc calcine with ammonia and ammonium chloride solution, purifying with two stage cross--flow and zinc electrowinning. In leaching stage, iron, germanium, silicon, arsenic, antimony and lead remained to stay at residue, but zinc, copper, cadmium dissolved. The average leaching ratio of zinc is 90.82% and total recovery ration of zinc is 89.44%. The impurities of copper, cadmium, antimony, arsenic, nickel, cobalt, lead and iron in zinc are lower than 0. 0002%.
