摘要 通过对某机高压一级涡轮叶片陶瓷型芯收缩的分析 ,介绍了一种在外形模具中调整型芯位置、从而达到调整蜡模叶片壁厚目的的机构。增加了壁厚调整机构的外形模具 ,在继承了原模具全部优点的基础上 ,操作大为简化 ,壁厚调整准确 ,生产效率和蜡模叶片壁厚合格率均有所提高。 Through analysing the shrinkage of the ceramic cores,this paper introduces a new mechanism for the pattern die of a complex hollow turbine blade,which can adjust the posi- tion of ceramic core holded in the die easily and accurtely.Carrying on all advances of the old die,the new pattern die can be operated simply,correctly adjust the thickness of the wall of pat- terns and increases the qualified rate of the thickness of the wall of patterns and producing effi- cience.
