摘要 介绍了采用挖补工艺修补含有穿透性损伤和非穿透性损伤的复合材料加筋板。修补材料 32 6 1/T30 0是一种中温固化环氧树脂基复合材料 ,在外场修补条件下具有较好的综合性能。试验结果表明无论是含穿透性损伤还是非穿透性损伤的复合材料加筋板 ,经用 32 6 1/T30 0预浸料和 SY- 2 4胶膜挖补修补后 ,满足原结构的静强度要求。 This paper describes the repair methods of composite stiffened panels with the damage of penetration and non penetration.The repair material 32 16/ T30 0 is a kind of epoxy resin system which can be cured at12 0℃ ,and in the case of field repair,it has the good syntheti- cal properties.The research results show that whether the damage of composite stiffened panel is penetrative or non penetrative,the static strength of structure can be fulfilled with the32 61/ T30 0 prepreg and the SY- 2 4 adhensive film.
