摘要
目的探讨职业压力对中小学教师课堂互动行为的影响。方法运用教师职业压力问卷调查764名中小学教师,以27%作为临界点,将全体被试划分为高、中、低三个压力组,并随机从每个压力组抽取8名教师,对共计24名教师的实际课堂互动行为表现进行观察。结果(1)目前中小学教师承受着较大的职业压力。78.4%的中小学教师认为教师是一种压力“较大”或“极大”的职业,70.2%的中小学教师认为自己承受着“较大”或“极大”的压力;(2)中等压力组教师的课堂互动行为发生最多,且多为正性互动行为。结论中小学教师的职业压力已影响到了其课堂互动行为表现。
Objective: To explore the effect of occupational stress on the class interaction of middle and primary school teachers. Methods : Occupational stress of middle and primary school teachers were investigated by teacher's occupational stress questionnaire in 764 teachers. The class interactions of 24 teachers with different degree of occupational stress were observed in their class. Results: ( 1 ) Middle and primary school teachers were facing great occupational stress, 70. 2% of our subjects felt great or very great stress, 78.4% thought teacher is an occupation with great or very great pressure. (2) The teachers with medium stress behave best in the actual class interaction. Conclusions: Middle and primarily school teachers are facing considerable occupational stress which has influence on their actual class interaction.
