摘要
用 Solgasmix- PV软件包对沉积反应进行热力学计算。结果表明 ,用原位 CVD方法、采用三元卤化物活化剂 ,在热力学上可以同时沉积铬硅 ,并且渗源中的铬硅比例按 12 / 1配置可以获得理想的渗层。
The thermodynamic calculation for deposition reaction was performed by com- puter program Solgasmix- PV,the calculation results show that the deposition of Cr and Si onto iron- base alloys is possible by the use of a ternary activator(e.g.Na F+Na Cl+Al F3) ,a promis- ing coating can be deposited by a cementation powder mixture of Cr and Si in proportation of 1 2 / 1 .
