摘要
为了提高陀螺电机动态性能的测试精度和测试效率,进而控制该性能,开发了一套测试、分析系统。通过一系列的实验及信号处理(包括数字滤波、数值微分等),该系统将测得的转速-时间曲线转化为机械特性曲线。分析该曲线,找到了影响电机机械特性的因素,并由此提出相应的建议。测试系统具有测试精度高的特点,测试效率明显提高。分析系统在分析故障的同时积累了大量经验。
A system of measurement and analysis is developed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement and to control the dynamic performance of gyro motor. By means of a series of experiments and signal processing such as digital filtering and digital differential, the torque speed profile of gyro motor is produced from the measured speed time curve. Through the analysis of the torque speed profile, factors which influnce the mechanical characteristics of gyro motor are found, and some corresponding suggestions are raised. The accuracy and efficiency of the measurement system are improved appreciably. A wealth of experience accumulated by the system through fault analysis can be used as criterion for future analysis.
