摘要
提出一种子结构广义模态综合法运用于自行火炮动力学分析.将自行火炮的车体、炮塔、摇架、炮身后部视为刚体,它们之间为弹性连接;将炮身前部视为弹性体.刚体与弹性体的连接通过界面力和位移协调实现,这样得到一组由广义模态坐标表示的阶数不高的动力学方程,通过数值积分可得其数值解.运用该方法可方便地分析影响火炮射击精度的诸多因素.
This paper presents a substructure generalized mode synthesis method applied to the gun dynamic analysis. The vechicle self propelled gun’s chassis, turret, cradle and rear part of gun tube are regarded as rigid bodies and linked up by springs. The front part of the gun tube is regarded as a elastic body. The rigid bodies are coupled to the elastic bodies by coordination of their interface forces and interface displacements. Therefore, the system dynamic equations which have fewer the degrees of freedom and are expressed as the functions of the generalized modal coordinates are obtained by this method. The numerial solutions of the equations can be acquired by the numerial intergration. It is convenient to analyze the many factors which affect the firing accuracy.
