摘要
探讨用涡流法检测金属表面锈蚀的可能性。通过实验确定了最佳的检测频率,建立了锈蚀程度与提离曲线之间的关系,利用微机数据采集系统实现锈蚀的自动检测。
A new approach to inspect corrosion on the surface of metal material is presented. The optimum frequency for corrosion inspection is found out, the relation between corrosion and lift-off curve is defined, automatic inspection can be done by using microcomputer data collecting system.
