摘要
首先分析了影响温度传感器时间常数τ的因素,在此基础上建立了温度传感器激光负阶跃现场动态极准系统。该系统采用CO2激光器作为温度负阶跃信号发生装置,通过数据处理软件实现温度传感器的现场动态校准与动态改进,且具有非介入、现场性强、校准精度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on the analysis of factors affecting the timeconstant (τ) of temperature transducers, the spot calibration system for the dynamic performance of temperature transducers using a laser negative-step temperature generator is established. Wth a CO2 laser as the negative-step temperature generator, the system calibrates and improves the dynamic performance of temperature transducers on the spot by the data-processing software. Possessign the advantage of non-contact, the system is highly precise and on-the-spot.Meanwhile, it can be applied into many associated fields.
