在梳理近年国内外降脂中药研究成果的基础上,分别从降脂中药体外筛选模型、有效单体、复方和单味降脂中药以及降脂中成药等几个方面详细阐述降脂中药的研究现状,提出降脂中药有效单体的开发利用和中药有效单体组分配伍的思路,强调通过借用中药筛选细胞模型发现新的降脂中药单体和降脂机制,突破以临床经验积累作为研制新药的单一模式,针对单味药固定组分的改变、不同药物有效组分配伍的加减、不同病理环节的组分配伍和有效单体性味归经等展开研究,加快中药有效单体配伍理论的创新,使中药配伍研究从饮片层次上升到组分层次,使中药药理的作用靶点、作用环节及作用机制更加清楚,促进中药新药研究及临床疗效的提高和中医药理论的创新。
