摘要
目的:对不同产地,不同品种及规格的桑白皮中的桑辛素进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Alltima C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(58:42),检测波长270nm。结果:未经除去黄棕色外皮的桑白皮样品与除去外部黄棕色外皮的样品中桑辛素含量差异明显,样品中的桑辛素主要存在于桑白皮的黄棕色外皮中。桑白皮桑辛素含量与样品厚度与有关。结论:本方法简便,稳定,为桑白皮质量控制提供参考依据。
Objevtive: To determine the contents of morusin in Sangbaipi (Cortex Moil) of different commercial grades and species and obtained from different regions. Method: Contents of morusin were determined by HPLC on an Alitima C18 column (4. 6mm×250 mm,5μm) with aeetonitrile-water (58: 42) as mobile phase. UV detection was conducted at 270 ran. Result: The amounts of morusin were found to vary among samples of Cortex Moil bearing a yellow-brown outer layer and those without the yellow- brown cork layer. The morusin contents were also related to the thickness of Cortex Moil. Conclusion: The method was simple, reprodueible and reliable. It can be applied to the quality assessment of Cortex Moil.
