Study on chemical constiuents from Ligularia intermedia of Shanxi

目的:研究产自山西的狭苞橐吾Ligularia intermedia的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱(CC)、制备薄层色谱(PTLC)、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,经现代波谱技术:红外、质谱、一维和二维核磁共振谱及X-射线单晶衍射等方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(1),8β-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(2),蜂斗菜素(petasin,3)。异蜂斗菜素(isopetasin,4),liguhodgsonal(S),ligudentatol(6),ligujapone(7)。羽扇豆醇(lupeol,8)和羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯(lupeol palmitate,9)。结论:其中化合物2,3,4,6,7,9为首次从狭苞橐吾中获得。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Ligularia intermedia of Shanxi. Method： The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and preparative TLC. The structures were identified by IR, MS, 1D/2DNMR spectral data and X-ray single crystal diffraction and other methodsl. Result： Nine compound were isolated and identified as 8β-hydroxyeremophil-7 （ 1 1 ） -ene-12, 8 α （4β, 6α） -diolide （ 1 ）, 8β-methoxyeremophil-7 （ 11 ） -ene-12, 8α （4β, 6α） -diolide （2）, petasin （3）, isopetasin （4）, liguhodgsonal （5）, ligudentatol （6）, ligujapone （7）, lupeol （8） and lupeol palmitate （9）. Conclusion： Compounds 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
