摘要 目的:研究太子参的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶,Sephadex LH-20反复柱色谱纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为2-吡咯甲酸(2-minalin,1),吡咯-2-羧酸-3-呋喃甲醇酯(3-furfuryl pyrrole-2-carboxylate,2),乌苏酸(3),金合欢素(4),木犀草素(5),刺槐苷[acacetin 7-O-β-D-glu- copyranosyl(6→1)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,6]。结论:化合物3~6均为首次从太子参中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography and purified by recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were identified as 2-minalin ( 1), 3-furfuryl pyrrole-2-carboxylate (2), ursolic acid (3), acacetin (4), luteolin (5), acacetin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (6→1)-α-L-rhanmopyranoside (6). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 3-6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
