摘要
本文简述我省的风力资源及其利用,认为风力发电在经济效益方面可与常规能源竞争。并建议在风能丰富的河西地区引进外资、筹措内资建立风力机试验田。
This paper simply describes the wind-power sources and their applications in Gansu. It is held that the wind power may compete with traditional energy sources in economical benefits. It also proposes to import foreign capital and raise money at home so that experimental wind farms in the western part of the Yellow River will be build up.
