摘要
从住宅资产价格的决定方程式出发,提出外部宏观经济冲击、内部供求关系传导以及市场经济主体的心理预期变化是引起住宅价格变动的重要原因,然后从这三个方面探讨了房价变动的影响因素,在此基础上提出了调控房价的政策建议。
The paper analyses the influence of growth rate of economic, inflation and consumption level to housing prices and investigates their relationships empirically. We discuses the macroeconomic factors' time special influence and area special influence and find that they have time special influence but not have area special influence.
