Lagging technological innovation has become the key link for restricting the development in China at present. Only by choosing reasonable strategy and mode with innovation, dealing with the relationship of main innovation and comprehensive innovation better, creating better innovative environment and culture can great - leap - forward development come true in Guizhou.
