随着我国经济体制改革和政治体制改革的发展,女性参政作为我国政治生活中的重要组成部分,对提高女性个人能力、社会地位、提倡男女平等、衡量社会进步有着重要的意义。女性参政即女性参与国家政治生活的一项基本权利和行为。女性参政最初是由女权主义者提出的,它是整个女性解放运动的重要内容之一,是社会进步和文明程度的标志。本文通过从香港女性参政的优势和内地女性参政的不足入手,取长补短。探讨了如何提高我国内地女性参政比例的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

With the development of the economic reform and political reform, women political participation becomes an important component of our political life. It can enhance the ability, social status of women in political participation and promote gender equality, it is necessary to measure the social progress. Women in political participation mean women＇s participation in national political life and a fundamental right. Women in political participation was first raised by feminists, it is an important part of the women＇s liberation movement,it the symbol of social advancement and civilization. This article starts from discussing the advantages of participation by women from Hong Kong and the shortage of Chinese women in political participation, expound on how to improve the proportion of women in political participation of China, and countermeasures are proposed.
