摘要
论述了高阻尼铸铁的机械性能和阻尼性能。研究结果表明:高阻尼铸铁的机械性能高于相同碳当量的灰口铸铁,其中,抗拉强度提高40~120MPa,有的提高150MPa,硬度提高20~60HBS;高阻尼铸铁的阻尼性能随碳当量的增加而提高,其阻尼性能高于相同碳当量的灰口铸铁,约为灰铸铁的2~3倍。另外,高阻尼铸铁的阻尼性能与温度有关,一般室温的阻尼性能高于高温(120℃)时的阻尼性能,从室温到高温,其阻尼性能下降约12.5%~24%(因频率不同而异);而且,高阻尼铸铁在高温时,其阻尼性能的耐久性较好,随工作时间的延长阻尼性能几乎不变。因此,本研究的高阻尼铸铁适用于在较高温度下既要求高机械性能又要求高阻尼性能的场合,并可以起到一定的减振降噪效果。
The mechanical and damping properties of high damping cast iron are expounded.The research results indicate that its mechanical properties are much higher than those of grey cast iron with the same carbon equivalent. The tensile strength can be increased by 40~120MPa, some even by 150 MPa. The hardness can be increase of carbon equivalent, and are about 2~3 times as much as grey cast iron with the same carbon equivalent. In addition, its damping properties are related to temperature. The damping properties at room temperature are generally about 12. 5%~ 24% higher than those at the temperature of 120℃ (different from frequencies). Besides, the durability of damping properties is better at high temperature,and almost tinchanges with the time being used. Therefore, this kind of high damping cast iron is suitable for high temperature conditions in case of requiring both mechanical and high damping properties. In this way, vibrations can be decreased and noises controlled to some extent.
