心血管外科ICU进修护士临床实践的做法与效果

The methods and effectiveness of clinical training for nurses with advanced study in cardiovascular surgical ICU

目的了解心血管外科ICU进修护士的培训效果。方法对112名心血管外科ICU进修护士培训前后在心血管专科护理基本操作、监护仪器设备及应用、心血管外科术后功能辅助护理、心血管病专科护理4个方面进行评估。结果通过6个月的岗前培训、临床培训与考核、专科理论培训与考核,使进修护士在短时间内掌握心血管专科理论知识和专科护理技能操作。结论对进修护士实施临床学习目标带教,有效地完成进修培训计划,实现进修目标。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of clinical training for nurses with advanced study in cardiovascular surgical ICU. Method 112 nurses with advanced study were assessed on their basic nursing skills, knowledge and application of monitoring equipments, chest physiotherapy techniques after cardiovascular surgery, and specialty knowledge before and after the training. Result Through 6 months training, including pre - post training, clinical practice and examination ,as well as training and examination of specialty knowledge ,nurses with advanced study mastered the specialty theoretical knowledge and skills in short time. Conclusion The clinical training for nurses with advanced study effectively achieved the training objectives and finished the training plan.
