摘要
针对临床护理教学工作中存在的计划性不强、工作内容记录不完整的现状,为规范临床护理教学工作,在广泛征求教学干事意见的基础上,结合我院临床护理教学工作实际情况,自行设计《教学干事手册》,自2005年1月开始使用至今,收到了较好的效果。
Aimed at the problems such as lack of planning and incomplete nursing records, based on the suggestions of clinical teachers and the current situation of our hospital, we designed and applied the handbook for teaching assistant since Jan. 2005 to standardize clinical teaching and strengthen teaching management ,which achieved favorable effect.
