摘要
研制成两类任意行程、微步距进给驱动装置。设计并组建了与之配套的驱动控制源和相应的检测系统、便携式电加工系统、放电检测和系统性能测试环节；
Two kinds of random stroke,nano meter feed mechanism have been developed.The micro displacement driving unit sources,the controlling and testing system,the mobile EDM system,the discharge detection and the performace testing system are developed as well.Finally,the experimental results are illustrated.
