摘要
设计了一种基于Internet的生理多参数远程实时监护系统。系统分为客户端和服务器,客户端硬件由PC和生理监护仪组成,可以进行多种生理参数的检测,服务器是一台较高性能的计算机,提供数据管理、索引等服务。系统运行采用C/S(客户端/服务器)和P2P(点对点)混合模式,利用C/S模式实现生理数据的上传、检索和下载,利用P2P模式实现多生理参数的远程实时监护和医患视频聊天。实验结果表明,利用P2P模式能极大地提高网络传输速度,可实现多生理参数的远程实时监护。
A real-time telemonitoring system with multi-physiological parameters based on the Internet is designed. The system consists of home terminals and a server. A home terminal consisting of a PC and a multi-parameter monitor, provides physiological monitoring. A server is a powerful computer that stores, retrieves and processes data and provides P2P index service. This system adopts both C/S (Client/Server) mode and P2P (peer-to-peer) mode in its network communications. The C/S mode provides physiological data upload, retrieval and download, and the P2P mode provides real-time telemonitoring and video chatting between doctors and patients. Experiment results show that P2P technology could improve the transmission speed of Internet network and realize real-time monitoring of physiological parameters.
