摘要
提出了一种基于卡诺图的均布式绝对位置编码,介绍了该绝对编码的生成方法及在绝对位置角度传感器中的应用。基于卡诺图的均布式绝对位置编码是一种单码道绝对位置编码,克服了传统位置编码随精度提高而码道增多、工艺上不易实现的缺点,可缩减码盘的直径,为绝对位置角度传感器的高精度、小型化开辟了一条新的途径。
This article introduces a new code generating method based on Karnaugh map. The generation of the absolute position encoding as well as its application is presented. The absolute encoder based on Karnaugh map is one with a single track. It overcomes the defect of increasing the accuracy at the expense of more tracks and difficulties of fabrication. Therefore, it establishes a new approach for the high-accuracy and the miniaturization of the absolute angular encoder.
