摘要 论述了局域波分析方法的基本原理及特点,该方法源于瞬时频率的概念,它能把动态信号的局部特征准确地在时频域内予以描述;分析了异步电动机起动过程中转子故障特征量(1-2s)f1(f1为电网频率)分量的变化规律,提出了基于定子起动电流局域波分析的异步电动机转子故障特征提取新方法并应用到电机故障特征提取中。对实测数据进行处理的结果表明,该方法能够有效地检测出转子故障。 The essential theory of local wave analysis method is presented. It stems from the concept of instantaneous frequency and describes accurately the local features of dynamic data in the time-frequency domain. The variation of the current component ( 1 - 2s)fl , which is the feature of the rotor faults, of the stator current during the starting process of squirrel-cage induction motors is studied, and the new approach for extracting the rotor fault feature based on local wave analysis is also presented. Experimental results show that the rotor faults can be detected effectively based on the proposed approach.
