慢性鼻腔及鼻窦炎黏膜中的黏蛋白

摘要鼻腔及鼻窦黏液过度分泌导致黏液生理特性改变,是慢性鼻腔及鼻窦炎黏膜炎症病理生理学特征之一。人类鼻腔及鼻窦黏膜有黏蛋白的分布和表达,但在慢性鼻腔及鼻窦炎中黏蛋白表达及分泌异常。本文主要复习近5年文献,综述黏蛋白在正常人鼻腔及鼻窦黏膜和慢性鼻腔及鼻窦炎黏膜中的表达、分布及其调节机制。
