Survivin与炎症反应

摘要 Survivin是新近发现的一种凋亡抑制因子,1997年由Ambrosini等发现,已经发现几乎所有恶性肿瘤中survivin mRNA及蛋白均呈过量表达,成为肿瘤凋亡抵制研究的热点和分子靶向治疗的明星分子。近来,Survivin介导的凋亡抑制的炎症效应也开始进入学者们的视野,本文将重点关注这方面的最新进展。
